Shipping and Tracking

  1. How Can I Track My Order?

    After your order has been made and a shipping label has been created, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to you. This process usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

  2. How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

    All of our products are custom printed for you once we receive your order! This process usually takes 3 to 5 days. After your item has been printed, the approximate shipping times are:

    United States: 3-5 days (after printing)

    United Kingdom: 8-12 days (after printing)

    Australia: 12-15 business days (after printing)

    The Rest of The World: 15 to 20 business days 9after printing)

  3. Do you ship worldwide?

    Absolutely! We would not be a worldwide Otaku Movement if we didn't!

  4. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

    This will depend on a few things like the size and weight of your order, the delivery destination and the speed of delivery you select when you check out (normal vs. expedited).

    Shipping is automatically calculated when you place your order, so if you would like to know your shipping cost, go ahead and add some products to your cart and begin the checkout process. Once your shipping has been calculated you can decide if you would like to continue your order.

Product Info and Care

  1. Who Creates Your Designs?

    All of our shirt and hoodie designs are created by local anime and manga artists right here in Tokyo!

  2. How Should I Wash My Shirt?

    All of our shirts and hoodies are machine washable. We recommend you turn your shirt inside out when washing to ensure your print does not fade and that its awesomeness is preserved.

  3. What Materials Are Your Shirts and Hoodies Made Out Of?

    All of our products are made from comfy cotton and polyester materials. In fact these just may be the most comfortable shirts you have ever worn! すてき!

Order Status

  1. Oh No! I entered the wrong shipping or size information on my order!

    Don't worry, this can be handled! However please get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours) as we try to ship our orders as soon as possible.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancelations

  1. Can I Cancel My Order?

    Yes! But you will need to get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours) as we try to ship out all of our orders as soon as possible.

  2. Can I Exchange Or Return My Item?

    We will accept your exchange or return request up to 30 days after date of purchase. If 30 days have already passed, unfortunately we cannot accept your exchange or return request.

    If you think you need to exchange or return an item, contact us as soon as possible at support@otakuattack.com.

  3. How Can I Get A Refund?

    We only offer refunds to customers that have received incorrect or damaged items. If this has happened to you, we are very sorry! Please get in touch with us right away at support@otakuattack.com.

  4. My Shirt Does Not Fit, Can I Exchange For Another Size?

    No Problem! If your shirt is not fitting like you though it would, please get in touch with us within 30 days of your purchase date, and we will arrange. If more than 30 days have gone by, then unfortunately we will not be able to do an exchange.

    If you would like to exchange for a different size, please contact us at support@otakuattack.com and we will let you know what to do from there.

    Note that the item will need to be in its original, unused condition in order for it to be eligible for exchange.

  5. I Received A Damaged Or Defective Shirt

    やばい! We're sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible at support@otakuattack.com.

    Be sure to include pictures showing the problem. We will be sure to get a new shirt out to you at no cost to you.

  6. My Order Never Arrived!

    If you are still waiting for your order, and your tracking shows "Delivery Exception" don't worry! Your local postal service will re-deliver as soon as they can. If you still have not received your order, get in contact with your local post office or carrier. They should be able to track down your order and get things sorted.
